sprouted croquettes
75g/3oz Cashew, Almonds or Brazil nuts
100g/4oz Sunflower or Pumpkin seeds
2 organic spring onions – chopped
2 tablespoons of Nama Shoyu (raw soy sauce – available from The Fresh Network, check out their website)
Handful of mixed beansprouts
Here's how
- Grind the nuts and seeds.
- Add the chopped spring onions and Nama Shoyu. Draw the mixture together and form into balls.
- I found the mixture to be a little wet, so I dehydrated them overnight. If you don't wish to do this, or don't have a dehydrator, then I suggest that you reduce the amount of Nama Shoyu. These can also be used to stuff nori sheets.
