An introductory nutrition workshop in Sheffield, South Yorkshire providing a complete overview of how diet and lifestyle can provide energy, promote appropriate weight-loss and give optimum health.

Demonstration of healthy breakfasts, lunches, dinner and snacks to inspire you to make changes. Then sit down and enjoy the great food made for you.
Lots of fun, lots to learn, take away, apply yourself and share with others, helping create optimum health, maximum energy for all.
Minimum numbers required. Places are strictly limited so I can give you the personal attention you need and ensure you leave with new strategies that will work for you.
Time: 10am – 4.30
Please be flexible, we should finish for 4.30pm, but it may last a little longer! Eating great food can take time

Is a deposit required?
A £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. However this is not possible via the ticket booking link. Please contact me directly to arrange this.

What is the refund policy?
No refund within 10 days of the event. Cancelled before this time 50% lost unless place taken by another. Balance due 10 days prior to the event.
If minimum numbers aren’t met a full refund will be given.
